    Platforms & Systems

Booking engines, listings platforms, client portals and internal tools built around the way your business actually works — integrated with the systems you already run.

When off-the-shelf software doesn't fit, we build what does. Custom web applications designed around your workflow — not the other way around.

RE/MAX search results and listing filters

The question becomes filters; the results stay in step with the RE/MAX Hub. RE/MAX Coast & Country

Decision — A local listings database synced hourly, so search is instant and never waits on the feed.

Cape Mesa live availability and itemised quote

Live availability and an itemised quote before any commitment. Cape Mesa

Decision — The quote is built from the same availability and rate data the operator manages in Guesty, so the site never shows a price that can't be honoured.

    Cape Mesa four-step reservation

A four-step reservation: details, ID, review, request. Cape Mesa

Decision — Guest ID and address are collected once, up front, because the tax invoice needs them — no follow-up emails.

    Questions we're asked

What kinds of platforms do you build?

Booking engines with live availability and on-site payment, property listings platforms synced to feeds such as the RE/MAX Hub, client portals, admin panels and the operational tools behind a website — invoicing, reconciliation, reporting.

Can you connect to our property-management or listings system?

Yes. We have integrated Guesty and Nightsbridge for hospitality operators and the RE/MAX Hub feed for franchise offices, with listings updating within the hour and monitoring that flags a stale feed before your team notices it.

    How do you handle payments?

Guests and buyers pay on your own domain, in your currency, through Stitch in South Africa or Stripe internationally — no redirect to a third-party page. Invoices, numbering and reconciliation are automated behind it.

Who owns the data and the code?

You do. The database runs in an account in your name, the code is handed over in a GitHub repository you own, and Carbon Media holds no release permissions in production unless you ask us to.
