Property platform for a six-office RE/MAX franchise on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast — 1,400+ listings synced from the RE/MAX Hub, natural-language search, agent and office pages.
The challenge
Six offices and more than fifty agents were selling from a site that could not keep pace with their listings. Buyers from Johannesburg and abroad needed to search the coast the way they think — "3 bed in Margate under R2m" — and every listing had to stay in step with the national RE/MAX system without anyone re-keying it.
The approach
A React platform with its own listings database, fed hourly from the RE/MAX Hub, with AI-assisted search alongside conventional filters, agent and office pages, careers and bond-origination enquiry flows, and an admin panel for the marketing team. The site runs on Carbon Media's hosting with a monitored feed, so a missing or stale listing is caught before the client notices it.
The result
Launched in 2026 with the full portfolio live and searchable, new listings appearing within the hour, and the marketing team able to check any listing in the admin panel rather than asking the developer.
