What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, company, and optionally your phone number, project type, budget range, timeline and message. We do not collect special category data and ask that you do not include it in your message.

Why we use it and on what basis

We use this information to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

Who processes it

Submissions are stored in our hosted database and forwarded to us by a transactional email provider. These processors act only on our instructions. Some may process data outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as required by Irish tax and company law. TODO (review): confirm retention periods.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
